New online payment website comes to Austintown

The Austintown Local School District has announced that parents will have access to the newly enhanced online payment website, K12PaymentCenter.com. The system will be accessible on Dec. 31 and will replace the current system. The new website, launched by Education Management Systems, includes updated features such as increased payment capabilities for parents to accommodate all school-related fees in addition to managing school meal accounts.

The new and improved online payment system gives parents secure access to all of their children’s account information anytime. Parents have the ability to pay all dues entirely online using debit or credit cards. The Austintown Local Schools will now use the website to cover multiple fees, including school fees and lunch fees. The site even allows parents to pay on multiple students’ accounts with one transaction fee.

New system features will include the ability for parents to view a child’s entire meal history, and now parents will also be able to set low balance notifications when a meal account goes below a designated amount. All Austintown families will have access to all premium account features at no cost.
