AMVETS Post 44 of Struthers met for its annual Pearl Harbor Day Memorial Observance at 1 p.m. Dec. 7. The guest speaker was Retired Navy Chief John Stiner, who spoke of the history of the events of Dec. 7, 1941. Retired Navy Chief Tony Crespo led the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
