Youngstown man faces felony charge after arrest in Struthers

STRUTHERS — Police arrested 19-year-old Dre Kelley of Youngstown on a felony charge of illegal conveyance of drugs into the grounds of a detention facility.

Kelley was also arrested on two misdemeanor charges for possession of drugs and marijuana.

According to a police report, Kelley was driving on state Route 616 when he was pulled over for a traffic violation by officers Sunday night.

Police found a prescription bottle containing a narcotic pain killer after a search of the vehicle. Later at the station, police found a bag of suspected marijuana Kelly had hidden.
