Struthers Rotary continues dictionary project

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: The Struthers Rotary is continuing its participation in the Dictionary Project by donating dictionaries to third-grade students in Struthers, Campbell, Lowellville and St. Nicholas School in Struthers.
