Ruritan members welcome member

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: At a Nov. 24 meeting in Berlin Center, the Berlin Ellsworth Ruritan welcomed its newest member, Doug McGlynn. He is in his second year as principal of Western Reserve High School (grades six through 12) in Berlin Center. Before this he was the longtime principal of Austintown Fitch High School.
