Capri Cafaro at 9 a.m., mind games in the coffee bar and morning stretch class at 9:30, knitting and crocheting at 10:15, one-on-one computer tutoring at 10:30 and fitness rooms and computer cafe from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday, mind games and cookie decorating with Triad Hospice at 9 a.m., matter of balance at 11, yoga from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. and fitness rooms and computer cafe from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Wednesday, bingo sponsored by Windsor House in the coffee bar at 9 a.m., morning stretch class at 9:30, health screenings from 10 to 11, one-on-one computer tutoring at 10:30 and fitness rooms and computer cafe from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday, movie in the parlor with hot chocolate and popcorn served at 9 a.m., matter of balance at 11 and fitness rooms and computer cafe from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, morning stretch class at 9:30 a.m., one-on-one computer tutoring at 10:30, Mommy and Me yoga from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., tai chi for $5 from noon to 1 and fitness rooms and computer cafe from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Monday through Friday: coffee bar from 8:30 to 11 a.m., adult basketball and cornhole from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Wii gaming system, air hockey and table tennis also are available.
