Angela M.J. Damore and John M. Schulenburg exchanged vows Oct. 3 at Fellows Riverside Gardens, where a reception followed.

The Rev. Joyce Lawson officiated at the 5 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Carol Damore of Youngstown, and the groom is the son of Steve and Karen Schulenburg of Tupelo, Miss.

Mrs. Schulenburg graduated from the College of Wooster with a bachelor’s degree in studio arts and Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is a prekindergarten teacher in Louisiana.

Her husband graduated from Hiram College with a bachelor’s degree in studio arts, and is a graduate of the University of Advancing Technology, where he received a bachelor’s degree in multimedia. He is a quality assurance analyst in Louisiana.

The bride wore a strapless A-line gown of ivory chiffon designed with a heart-shaped empire bodice and accented with hand-beaded lace. It was completed with a chapel train and a tiered tulle veil edged with white pearls.

Wearing green chiffon dresses were her maid of honor, Michelle Douglas, and bridesmaid Charlene Michaels. Bridesmaids Jessica Holden and Sarah Woodford wore blue chiffon dresses.

Jay Powell performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Victor Rodriguez, Jan Christian Chavez-Kortlang and Josh Michaels.

The couple reside in Louisiana.
