Third annual United way holiday basketball classic

The schedule:

2 p.m. – Hubbard vs. Poland girls

3:30 p.m. — Fitch vs. Girard boys

5 p.m. — West Middlesex vs. Canfield boys

6:30 p.m. — Farrell vs. Poland boys

Tickets: $8 for adults/$4 for students, with 1 ticket good for all four games.

Sponsors: Include Youngstown State University; Windsor House, Inc., owner and operator of Liberty Health Care Center; Masternick Memorial Health Care Center; Liberty Arms Assisted Living and Windsor Estates Assisted Living; General Motors/Lordstown Complex; Farmers National Bank; The Muransky Companies; Youngstown Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Belleria Pizza.

Proceeds: Benefit the United Way, which raises money for those in need during the holiday season.
