LeBron will sit out tonight's game vs. Thunder

— LeBron James won't play for the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

James is suffering from knee soreness. Cavaliers coach David Blatt told reporters the team doesn't believe the injury is serious and that James will sit out as a precaution.

James missed the Cavs' morning shootaround in order to receive treatment on "general soreness" in his left knee, according to the team.

The Cavaliers have won eight consecutive games.

James has not missed a game this season. He is averaging 24.8 points, 7.7 assists and 5.5 rebounds.
