BOARDMAN

Aaliyah Sadler and Allexis Sallee each scored eight of their 19 points in the fourth quarter as Fitch outscored Boardman 25-16 over the final eight minutes to rally. Sarah Obradovich added 16 points for the Falcons. For Boardman, Natalie Wilson scored 19 points and Krista Johnson had 16.

Cardinal Mooney 52, Ursuline 44

YOUNGSTOWN

Jaclyn Yanke had 27 points and 10 rebounds to power Mooney, which outscored Ursuline 15-1 in the second quarter to take a 21-20 halftime lead. Kelly Williams added eight points for the Cardinals (3-1). Simone Comer had 17 points for Ursuline and Megan Ross added 15.

East 50, Liberty 40

Znayia Brown scored 20 points to go with 11 rebounds and two steals and Jaudy Bowers had 14 points, three rebounds, four steals and two assists to lead East (1-1), which outscored Liberty 32-22 in the second half. Marcy Dykes had 12 points and four rebounds for Liberty (0-4) and Amy Mikulich had 11.

Kaylin Donnadio led the Bulldogs with 15 points. Also scoring in double figures were Theodora Constantine with 12 points, Emily Melnek with 11 and Bella Gajdos with 10.

Baylie Mook scored 22 points, including 12 in the first half, as Columbiana (4-0) jumped out to a 39-18 halftime lead. Emily Witmer had 17 points and Brynn Pennell had 13. For Leetonia (1-3), Maddie Penfold scored 10 points.

South Range 85, East Palestine 30

BEAVER TOWNSHIP

Morgan Czopur scored 21 points as South Range cruised past East Palestine. Ashley Sharp added 14 points, eight assists and five assists for the Raiders (3-0). Sara Durr had eight points and 11 rebounds. East Palestine (1-3) was led by Abby Fuller’s six points.

Emily Ferris’ 16 points included four 3-pointers for the Rebels (2-1, 1-1 ITCL Tier One). Alexis Gates scored 16 points and made seven rebounds while Sydni Bowker made nine rebounds. For the Blue Devils (2-2, 0-2), Karlee Pezzano scored 22 points and Mackenzie Mason made nine rebounds.

Michaelina Terranova scored 11 points and had two assists, as Jackson-Milton hung on to beat Springfield. Olivia Wolfe had seven points and nine rebounds for the Bluejays. Callie Ford scored a game-high 23 points for Springfield, whose comeback attempt came up just short.

Alyssa Harkins scored 19 points, five rebounds and five steals to lead Mineral Ridge past United. Breanna Miner added 15 points and seven rebounds for the Rams (3-0, 2-0 ITCL Tier One). Kenzie Firth scored a team-high 14 points and Jenna Plummer added 10 for the Eagles.

Sara Joseph scored 33 points and Brenna Rupe added 14 to lead McDonald (1-3, 1-1 ITCL Tier Two), which outscored Wellsville 35-20 over the second and third quarters. Ashley Bennett led Wellsville (0-4, 0-2) with 20 points and Sabrina Thompson had 17 points.
