VXI to add 175 jobs at its Youngstown site

New jobs are coming to Youngstown by the end of the year.

VXI Global Solutions LLC is looking to fill 175 positions in new sales and customer care by Jan. 1.

The Los Angeles-based company will have open interviews this week at the 20 Federal Place building in downtown on West Federal Street at 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Friday.

“VXI Global Solutions LLC currently has over 15,000 employees worldwide. With over 1,100 employees, Youngstown continues to be steadfast in performance and continually exceeds our expectations,” Toby Parrish, vice president of operations, said in a statement.

“We are very grateful for the hard work of all of our employees and thankful to put more people to work during the holiday season,” Wendy Rogers, talent acquisition business partner, said in a statement.

VXI has been expanding in Youngstown since the company first established offices in the city-owned building in 2009. Back then, it had a staff of 100.
