Two Pennsylvania men arrested outside McDonald's for possessing heroin

Police arrested Robert Bollinger, 25, and Dominick Sankey, 24, both of Hillsville, Pa., on felony charges of possessing heroin just after 8 p.m. Tuesday in a McDonald’s parking lot.
Police saw Bollinger and Sankey sitting in a blue Ford Escape next to a trash bin in the back of the McCartney Road McDonald’s for a long period of time. Police went over to see why the two men were there and when they got to the car, they saw a suspected heroin needle in the driver’s seat.
After talking to both the driver and passenger, police found two suspected heroin needles in the car, a needle loaded with suspected heroin and 1 gram of suspected heroin in the driver’s wallet. Both Bollinger and Sankey were arrested on felonious charges of possessing heroin and misdemeanor charges of possessing drug paraphernalia. Bollinger also had an arrest warrant in Pennsylvania. Both men are in the Campbell City Jail without bond, pending their 9 a.m. court appearance Friday.
