Campbell jail inmates hit with more charges

CAMPBELL

Two inmates already incarcerated on felony charges at the Campbell City Jail were caught on camera just after 6 p.m. Wednesday breaking a wall heater and hiding crack cocaine. Dominick Sankey, 24, of Hillsville, Pa. and Robert Bollinger, 25, of Hillsville, Pa. were arrested Tuesday at the McCartney Road McDonald's on felony charges of possessing heroin. While the two men were in the Campbell City Jail awaiting their Friday court date, police saw the two men break a wall heater to retrieve suspected crack cocaine that had been hidden inside.

Police are still investigating where the crack cocaine came from.

Both Bollubger and Sankey were issued two more felony charges of vandalism and possessing drugs. Police said half the Campbell jail was shut down because the heater has been broken. Both men were transported to the Mahoning County Jail without bond until their mandatory court appearance 9 a.m. Friday.
