Tressel, wife to ring Salvation Army bell Tuesday
YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown State University President Jim Tressel and his wife, Ellen, will be ringing the bell for the Salvation Army from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday in front of Barnes and Noble at the Shops at Boardman Park.
