GARDEN CLUBS

WEDNESDAY

Mahoning will meet at noon for a sack lunch in Kidston Classroom at the Davis Education Center. Sharyn Fees will present a program on creating greeting cards with dried flowers. Members are asked to dry small garden flowers flat and take them to the meeting. Hostesses are Carol Bigelow and Barbara Wigle.

THURSDAY

Nature Lovers will meet at 1 p.m. in Tyler Classroom at Fellows Riverside Gardens. Tom Welsh, author of “The Strouss Department Store of Youngstown” and “Classic Restaurants of Youngstown,” will speak.

St. Charles will meet at 7 p.m. in St. Matthew Room at the Ministries Building. Teresa Flora, dance instructor, will teach dance moves.

Austintown Sweetbrier will meet for “Make It, Bake It, Grow It” with hostess Cynthia Ricci.

Garden club events are published Sunday. Please submit information to the Society Department by 5 p.m. Wednesday.
