UPDATE | Youngstown homicide victim ID'ed

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have identified Dale Garver, 41, of Burnsville, W.Va., as the man who was shot and killed in a South Avenue parking lot Thursday.

They said Garver was visiting relatives here when he was shot in an apparent robbery.

His death is the city’s 10th homicide of the year.
