Library to offer storytimes for kids

COLUMBIANA

The Columbiana Public Library is registering for the storytimes for children ages 6 months to 5 years old.

Storytime will take place weekly on Wednesday mornings from 10 a.m. to 10:45 or Thursday afternoons from 1 to 1:45 for kids age 3 to 5 and begins Wednesday.

Toddlertime is a lap-sit program and will take place weekly on Thursday mornings from 10 to 10:30 or 11 to 11:30 for toddlers age 18 months up to 3 years and their caregivers. It begins Thursday.

Babytime is a lap-sit program offered for babies 6 to 18 months and their caregiver. Sessions are offered once a month on the third Tuesday from 10 to 10:30 a.m. beginning Sept. 16.

All classes include age-appropriate stories, finger plays and crafts for the older children, and are free to the public. Advance registration is required. For information or to register call the library at 330-482-5509 or stop in at 332 N. Middle St.
