Aug. 22
Warrant: Frank Pratt, 42, of Park Avenue, Youngstown, was arrested on a traffic violation and a failure to appear warrant from Warren Municipal Court.
Aug. 23
Drug abuse: Bevin Bancroft, 21, of South Raccoon Road, Austintown, was arrested on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug abuse: Breaeja Bell, 19, Clarencedale Avenue, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse.

Drug abuse: Kristopher Dean, 20, of West Martin Street, East Palestine, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse, as were Matthew Hardenbrook, 20, of state Route 517, Columbiana County, and Aaron Morissey-Kacenski, 20, of Taylor Avenue, New Waterford.

Aug. 18
Theft: A Home Savings and Loan debit card was reported stolen at the bank, 4259 Kirk Road.
Theft: A purse was stolen from a vehicle at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Fraud: Two unauthorized transactions were made to a PNC bank debit card at a home in the 1000 block of Brockton Drive.
Criminal damaging: A car’s exterior was damaged when some scratched it with keys at a home in the 4000 block of Nantucket Drive.
Warrant: Leonidis Mouzus, 20, of Compass West was arrested on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a theft charge.

Obstructing official business: Taiwan Kimble, 28, of Cranwood Drive, Warren, was issued a summons charging him with obstructing official business.
Warrant: Nicholas Lee, 32, of East Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant charging him with theft.
Theft: A Home Savings and Loan debit card was stolen and $500 withdrawn at Game Stop, 5515 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A wallet was taken from an employee at Ruby Tuesday’s, 5555 Mahoning Ave.
Disorderly conduct: Robert Burton, 52, of Parkside Avenue, Youngstown, was issued summons for possession at Eat ‘N Park, 5459 Mahoning Ave.

Drug offense: Bryan Hicks, 28, of Norman Avenue, Youngstown, was issued a summons charging him with possession of marijuana.
Warrant: Benjamin Kendall, 21, of Kenmar Court, was arrested on a warrant for assault and criminal trespass. He turned himself in.
Drug offense: Gerald Runyan, 19, of Johnson Plank Road, Warren, was issued summonses charging him with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Theft: A total of $65.51 in gasoline was stolen from BP Fast Trac, 5502 Mahoning Ave.

Lost or stolen property: A lost passport was reported to have gone missing within the last four years at a home in the 700 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Breaking and entering: Copper pipe was removed from a home in the 200 block of Rosemont Avenue.
Theft: Joshua Kosa, 31, of South Bailey Road was arrested on charges of theft and trespassing at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Recovered property: Personal items were stolen from a vehicle at the Austintown Police Department.
Criminal damaging: A limousine was found damaged at the Babylon, 114 Javit Court.
Theft: Merchandise was stolen from Walmart and recovered by Struthers police.
Violation of protection order: Colleen Hurst, 46, of Lancaster Drive, was arrested on a charge of wrongful entrustment.
Warrant: Preston Kimble, 27, of Ridge Road, Warren, was arrested on a warrant charging him with receiving stolen property.
Telecommunications harassment: Harassment was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Washington Square.

Warrant: Jason Ift, 37, of Homestead Road, Liberty, was arrested on a warrant charging him with obstruction of justice, and a local summons was issued charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia, and Diane Mayberry, 37, Rome Drive, was issued a summons charging her with obstructing official business.
Theft: A 17-year-old male juvenile was turned over to his mother for theft of $72 worth of items at Walmart, and possession of Clonazepam.

Warrant: Jessica Heck, 26, of Westgate Boulevard, was arrested on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a traffic offense.
