Torched vacant home deemed $200 loss

YOUNGSTOWN

Fire reports say the cause of a blaze that destroyed a vacant 17 E. Chalmers Ave. home about 3:50 a.m. Wednesday is arson.

Crews found the home totally engulfed in flames and allowed it to burn down.

Damage is listed at $200. There were no injuries.
