VIENNA

James C. Jr. and Mary Fuller of Vienna are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kimberly A. Fuller, and Carl K. Hughes, both of Niles. He is the son of Carl R. and Karen Hughes of Cortland.

The couple have planned their wedding for 7 p.m. Sept. 27 at Willow Creek in Girard, where the reception will follow. Invitations are being issued for both.

The bride-elect attended Cuyahoga Community College, where she studied to be an optician. She works as an optician for Dr. Brad Bloomberg O.D. in Warren.

The prospective groom works as a port authority for the Youngstown Airport in Vienna. He served in the Army’s 316th Engineer Detachment.
