During the next 48 hours, residents of Mahoning and Trumbull counties who require emergency Red Cross disaster or armed forces services should call 1-866-228-0388.

The chapter’s regular number is not processing calls correct, said Mary Williams, regional communications officer, in an email.

Residents should just dial directly to the organization’s answering service at 1-866-228-0388.
