YOUNGSTOWN — Those attending the Rod Stewart concert Sunday at the Covelli Centre are reminded the Market Street bridge is reduced to one lane into the downtown area.

To avoid waiting in a long line on Market, Stewart fans should consider using South Avenue to get to the center.
