Man indicted in Struthers Manor homicide

YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury indicted a man on charges a murder at the Struthers Manor complex July 13.

Roy Cleary, 40, of Poland Avenue, was indicted Thursday on charges of aggravated murder, murder, tampering with evidence and aggravated robbery.

He is accused of killing 56-year-old Mark Westfall and taking his vehicle, which was found after Westfall’s murder in Farrell, Pa.

Cleary is in the Mahoning County jail after being arrested in Pennsylvania and extradited back to Ohio. He is expected to be arraigned in common pleas court early next month.
