In a story on Page A4 in Thursday’s Vindicator, it was incorrectly reported that Youngstown City Council did not approve an ordinance that would place under the mayor’s office the position of coordinator of downtown events and citywide projects. The measure was approved. A motion to reconsider the vote failed.
