Twenty-six people have been indicted in federal court for their alleged roles in a Toledo drug-trafficking conspiracy.
Law-enforcement officials say the defendants have conspired since 2010 to bring large amounts of heroin, cocaine and marijuana to Toledo from Arizona, California, Illinois and Mexico.
Twenty-four of those indicted are from Toledo. Two others are from Curtice and Oregon, Ohio. Three of the defendants also face charges of possessing a firearm as felons.
The 55-count indictment filed Thursday detailed a number of transactions and drug sales in Toledo.
Pretrial conferences for some of the defendants have been set for Oct. 20.
