South Side man faces drug charges after raid

YOUNGSTOWN — Members of the police department’s Vice Squad serving a search warrant at a 332 W. Delason Ave. home about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday found 15 individual doses of suspected heroin, police reports said.

Also found was a bag of suspected heroin, a digital scale and $137 cash.

Police arrested the homeowner, Andrew Lewis, 59, on charges of possession of drugs/heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia and took him to Mahoning County jail.
