Matthew and Christine (Woods) Ross of River Vale, N.J., announce the birth of a son, Robert James, on July 26 at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, N.J. He joins a sister, Julia. Grandparents are Jennie A. Ross of Boardman and Robert and Elaine Woods of Emerson, N.J. Great-grandmother is Irene Angel of Norwood, N.J., formerly of Campbell.
