10:30 a.m.: Gates open, marketplace opens, cultural gardens and kitchen open

11:30 a.m.: Mass with Ethnic Jazz

11:30 a.m.: “The Many Faces of Pierogi,” presented by Chef Tad Siembida of Polska Kuchnia

12:45 p.m.: Polka demo and lessons

12:30 p.m.: “A Lineage of Kings: Polish nobility’s role in history and modern day” presented by Ewelina Boczkowska

1 p.m.: Chardon Polka Band

1 p.m.: Best Pierogi Contest

1:30 p.m.: “Polish Language Essentials,” presented by Walter Bielski

1:45 p.m.: Living Traditions Folk Ensemble performance

2:30 p.m.: Ethnic Jazz band

2:30 p.m.: “Traveling to Poland — an experienced and first-time perspective” facilitated by Dr. Mitchell Bienia

3:15 p.m.: Polka line dancing and lessons

3:30 p.m.: Chardon Polka Band

3:30 p.m.: “Our Lady of Czƒôstochowa & other Polish Icons: A window to heaven,” presented by Fr. Joseph Rudjak

4:30 p.m.: Polish folk fashion show

4 p.m.: “Journey to Genealogy: One person’s trip to find their Polish roots,” presented by Sieglinde Warren

6 p.m.: Pierogi-Eating Contest

6:45 p.m.: Silent auctions begin to close

7:15 p.m.: Ethnic Jazz band

7:30 p.m.: 50/50 drawing; basket auction winners drawn

8 p.m.: Final polka and toast
