Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

COLUMBIANA AND MAHONING COUNTIES

Wednesday, Aug. 20: Salisbury steak, potatoes with gravy, tossed salad, mandarin oranges, regular or sugar-free cookie, wheat bread and milk.

Thursday, Aug. 21: Barbecue pulled pork on a bun, green beans, carrots, unsweetened peaches, fruit juice, gelatin, cookie and milk.

Friday, Aug. 22: Manicotti, yellow squash, broccoli, mandarin oranges, grape juice, wheat bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Saturday, Aug. 23: Ham, romaine, three-bean salad, orange, gelatin, bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Monday, Aug. 25: Meatloaf, potatoes with gravy, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges, wheat bread, cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Aug 26: Cold meal: turkey breast on a bun, carrots with ranch dressing, cucumbers, tropical fruit, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 12 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. Wednesday, Aug. 20: Johnny Marzetti, broccoli, corn, shredded lettuce with Italian dressing, Italian bread and milk.

Monday, Aug. 25: Beef hot dog with bun, baked beans, mixed vegetables, orange and milk.
