A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people on these charges this week. They will be arraigned before Judge John M. Durkin of common pleas court later this month.

Antwon Dawson, 21, West Ravenwood Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in drugs, possession of a dangerous weapon with a forfeiture specification, trafficking in marijuana and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chauncie Penny, 35, Neilson Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in drugs, possession of a dangerous weapon with a forfeiture specification, trafficking in marijuana and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Orlando Carrabia Jr., 48, East Midlothian Boulevard, Struthers, felonious assault.

Martin W. Fisher, 52, Niles Cortland Road, Cortland, burglary.

Allison Levak, 39, Hampton Hall, Poland, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.

Shawana M. Lewis, 28, South Jackson Street, possession of heroin, possession of drugs and theft.

James McKenna, 18, Southwoods Drive, Boardman, trafficking in marijuana with a forfeiture specification and driving under suspension.

Alisa Barcley, 19, Hamilton Avenue, Campbell, burglary.

Javon Sutton Elliot, 23, Volney Road, burglary.

Shawn Jones, 24, North Portland Avenue, burglary.

Kelly DeWitt, 30, West Hylda Avenue, breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.

Roger DeWitt, 39, West Hylda Avenue, breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.

Deshawnn Williams, 25, Woodford Avenue, trafficking in marijuana, possession of drugs and possession of a dangerous drug.

Ashley Perry, 28, Carter Circle, Boardman, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility and possession of heroin.

Michael Rodriguez, 23, North Lakeview Avenue, carrying concealed weapons and obstructing official business.

David Wright, 30, West Heights Avenue, forgery.

Jake Borton, 26, Lowell Avenue, possession of heroin and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Arthur Gibbs, 57, Edwards Avenue, breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and resisting arrest.

Taran Gibbs, 33, Edwards Avenue, breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and resisting arrest.

Wendell Penny, 55, Fairfax Avenue, breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools and resisting arrest.

Havert Minor, 31, North Truesdale Avenue, felonious assault and tampering with evidence.

Jordan Major, 18, Summers By Lane, Niles, theft.

Rhodell Franklin, 39, Sherwood Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine and trafficking in drugs.

Kevin Yuhas, 54, Western Reserve Road, Poland, possession of heroin and possessing drug-abuse instruments.

Jason D. Emmett, 30, Freedom, Pa., robbery and theft of drugs.
