UPDATE | No foul play suspected in death of man found on West Side
YOUNGSTOWN — Police don't suspect foul play was involved in the death of an elderly man, whose body was found shortly before 1 p.m. in the 1800 block of Midland Avenue near Maryland Avenue on the city's West Side.
