BREAKING NEWS | Body found on Youngstown's West Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are on the scene where a body was found shortly before 1 p.m. in the 1800 block of Midland Avenue near Maryland Avenue on the city's West Side.

A sheet has been placed over the body, and police investigating.
