Campbell cops make drug arests during traffic stop


CAMPBELL

City police arrested two New Castle, Pa., residents on drug charges during a traffic stop late Tuesday.

Brian M. Keilman, 36, of South Jefferson Street was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and cited for having objects hanging from his rearview mirror, obstructing his view to the front. He will appear in Campbell Municipal Court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

James R. Lombardo, 35, of Cedar Street was charged with two counts of fifth-degree felony drug possession, along with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia. He will appear in Campbell Municipal Court at 9 a.m. Friday and is being held without bond at the Mahoning County jail.

During the traffic stop, Keilman told police of a crack pipe hidden under a seat of the car. On Lombardo, police found three hypodermic needles and a plunger, four bindles of suspected heroin in a pill bottle, and two oxymorphone pills in a bottle.
