Scholarship winner speaks to Rotary

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Jennifer Brindisi and her daughter, Ella, were guests at a recent Struthers Rotary meeting. Brindisi is a Struthers graduate and former Rotary scholarship winner.
