Man robbed at gunpoint on Pyatt Street

YOUNGSTOWN

Police say a 23-year-old man was robbed of $40 cash by two men just after 11 p.m. Monday on Pyatt Street.

The victim told the police he was walking on Pyatt toward Market Street when two men approached him, one holding a revolver, and threatened him. After the man gave the two his $40, he was hit in the face with a gun, reports said.

The man was bleeding from his nose and his shirt was covered with blood but he refused medical treatment, reports said.
