Morgan Smith tossed a five-hitter as the Boardman 13-14 softball team representing Ohio dropped its second game at the regional tournament at Firestone Stadium. Leading Boardman’s defense were Ashley Saxton, Alicia Saxton and Paige Dill. Other members of the team are Brooke Hoofman, Bella Stanko, Sarah Aey, Kiley James, Lauren Gabriel, Vanessa Roush, Jen Taraszewski and Delaney Labelle. Assisting head coach Dave Matz were Fredrick Mootz, Kevin Taraszewski, Tim Saxton and Bill James.
