BREAKING NEWS: Austintown racino to open Sept. 17

AUSTINTOWN — The Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course will officially open Sept. 17.

Penn National Gaming, Inc. which owns of the facility, announced the opening date today and stated it is contingent upon final regulatory approval.

Horse racing at the site will begin Nov. 24.

The racino is a $250 million development and will employ 400 people.
