Lupo sentencing delayed

CLEVELAND — The sentencing hearing for Ben Lupo for ordering illegal discharges of oilfield waste down a storm drain and into a Mahoning River tributary in Youngstown has been delayed.

The hearing was tentatively set to begin at 10 a.m., but was delayed. It is now underway.
