Pa. man accused slapping police horse at fest
BETHLEHEM, Pa. (AP) — Police say a man slapped a police horse twice, once after he was warned, during Bethlehem’s Musikfest.
The Express-Times of Easton reported Monday that 22-year-old Curtis Gibbs of Allentown was issued a disorderly conduct citation after the incident Saturday night.
Pennsylvania State police and Bethlehem police horses were being used to patrol Musikfest.
Police say the trooper at first warned Gibbs, then cited him after he slapped the horse a second time.
