Golf outing to help scholarship fund

LAKE MILTON

The Second Annual Thomas Chris Smythe Memorial Golf Outing will take place Sept. 13 at Olde Dutch Mill Golf Course, 2745 Grandview Road.

Registration will begin at 8 a.m. followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The cost is $65 per golfer for prepaid and $75 that day; teams will consist of four players.

Prizes include hole-in-one prizes of $1,000, a year membership to Olde Dutch Mill, a set of irons as well as a new driver. There will be a basket auction and 50-50 drawing.

Proceeds will go to a scholarship fund for Youngstown State University students.
