Seven Seventeen Credit Union Inc. promoted Matt Brophy, Joyce Brothers and Brett Carnahan.
Brophy was named vice president and marketing manager after 14 years with the credit union. He will develop and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns, member communications efforts and special events.
Brothers was named vice president and human-resources manager. She has been with the financial institution for 26 years. She will administer various facets of human resources.
Carnahan was named vice president and commercial loan manager. He has been with Seven Seventeen for 13 years. His role is to oversee all aspects of members’ commercial loan needs while offering the highest quality of personal service.

Surgical Theater, LLC, of Cleveland, added two new members to its business advisory board: Ori J. Braun, former senior vice president for business development and new technologies for Given Imaging Ltd., and James Fulton, former senior vice president and general manager of Philips Healthcare’s Computer Tomography business unit.
Surgical Theater applies flight-simulation technology to brain surgery and has developed software-based solutions that combine the science of aviation with advanced CT/MRI imaging technology.
