“Hell On Wheels” (9 p.m., AMC): The Western drama “Hell On Wheels” rolls into its fourth season. As the saga continues, civilization makes its way west with the railroad, bringing men who attempt to do with their pens what rougher guys previously did with their guns.

“Community Connection” (Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on 21 WFMJ-TV and 11 a.m. on WBCB-TV): The Youngstown Urban Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Outreach Program has received a Start Talking Grant from the state. Larry McCulloh, prevention specialist, will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the grant.

Next, Michele Jones of the Down Syndrome Association of the Valley (DSAV) will discuss the Buddy Walk at the Shops at Boardman Park on Aug. 9.

Finally, Marine veteran Shawn Tiberio will discuss Pedal to the Point, a bicycle ride to raise money and awareness for multiple sclerosis.

“Increase the Peace” (today at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday at 6:30 a.m. on MyYTV): Eastern Gateway Community College’s James Baber, vice president of academic and student affairs, and Dorothy Collins, dean of student affairs, will join show host Andrea Mahone, along with Rose Carter of Youngstown Action.

“A Conversation with Dee” (8:30 a.m. Sunday on WKBN-TV): Host Dee Crawford has a conversation with Michele Grant and Barbara Banks from the Junior League of Youngstown about the 20th anniversary Pink Ribbon Tea.

Toastmasters club sets competition

POLAND

The Youngstown branch of Toastmasters International will host its humorous and table topics speech contests at 6:45 p.m. Monday at Shepherd of The Valley, 301 W. Western Reserve Road. Guests are welcome.

In the humorous speech contest, contestants will present their funny side.

In table topics, contestants have one or two minutes to respond to a question that is not known beforehand.
