Taxi driver robbed twice, possibly by same man
WARREN
A taxi driver was robbed early Tuesday by a customer who refused to remove a hood concealing his face while he took a ride from the West Side to South Feederle Drive Southeast.
The driver believes the male is the same one who robbed him earlier this month.
During the robbery, the robber told the driver, “You should quit. I’m going to keep getting you.”
The driver picked up the male, 17 to 25 years old with a goatee, white T-shirt and black hooded sweat shirt in the 2100 block of Clearwater Street Northwest at 2:20 a.m.
When they got to South Feederle, the robber pulled out a handgun and set it in his lap, saying “Give me all of your money.”
He fled after getting the cash.
