Sewing guild plans to feature Vecchiarelli

The Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild is sponsoring Behind The Scenes With Dancing With The Stars and Fashion Star, featuring Joe Vecchiarelli, owner of Fashion Supplies Inc. in Los Angeles, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 14 at Central Christian Church, 2051 E. Market St.

Vecchiarelli’s company supplies the dress forms for the TV show’s costume departments.

He will kick off the day with a power-point presentation.

After lunch he will show the class how to take a dress form and make it fit your measurements exactly.

The cost is $25 for members and $35 for nonmembers and includes a full lunch.
