OSU Extension will offer nutrition classes

CORTLAND

Ohio State University Extension, Trumbull County, will offer Dining with Diabetes, a cooking and nutrition education program for those with diabetes and their family members or caregivers.

A series of three classes will take place from 6 to 8:30 p.m. May 6, 13 and 20 at the Agriculture and Family Education Building, 520 W. Main St. The cost is $25 per person.

The topics include nutrition, healthy meal planning, exercise and understanding diabetes-related medical tests.
