Morning crash wrecks mobile home

WARREN

A 26-year-old Cortland woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a single-car crash on North River Road in Warren Township Tuesday that investigators say they believe was alcohol-related.

Melissa Mack was eastbound at 12:39 a.m. when her 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo went off the right side of the road, striking a guardrail, then leaving the left side of the road, striking a mobile home in the Horvath Mobile Home Park, which is just west of North Park Avenue.

The resident of the mobile home was inside at the time but was not injured. Her home, however, was badly damaged and left uninhabitable, the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Southington Post reports.

Mack was taken to St. Joseph Health Center. The investigation continues.
