20/20 producer says Hubbard barbecue aims for civil discussion

The producer of an ABC 20/20 segment on a horn-honking harassment case said the show is inviting people in Hubbard to discuss the problem civilly at a barbecue Saturday.

Andrew Paparella said he did not want to respond to council president Bill Williams' concern that the "Peace and Reconciliation BBQ" isn't to promote reconciliation.

"They don't want peace and love on TV," Williams said Monday night.

Paparella said a response would not be useful.
