“Rewrapped” (8 p.m., Food): This new competitive reality series finds contestants trying to recreate iconic snack foods, like that time I got desperate and made Twinkies out of seat-cushion foam and bathtub caulk.

“Independent Lens” (10 p.m., PBS): The history of the place Keith Richards called “rock ’n’ roll heaven” is explored in the music documentary, “Muscle Shoals.”

Piano concert at Westminster

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.

Holly Roadfeldt will present a free piano concert titled “Revolutionaries, Romantics, Rogues and Rachmaninoff” at 7:30 p.m. April 29 in Orr Auditorium at Westminster College.

The program will feature works by Beethoven, Chopin and Rachmaninoff, plus a world premiere by Daniel Perttu, assistant professor of music theory and composition at Westminster. Other selections will include works by Joan Tower, Alan Theisen, Christopher Cresswell and Kirk O’Riordan.

Roadfeldt made her orchestral debut with the Toledo Symphony Orchestra at age 13. A solo pianist and chamber musician, she performs standard and eclectic recital programs in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Roadfeldt has premiered more than 70 solo and chamber works.

She is also co-founder of the contemporary piano duo duoARtia, which was formed with Jeri-Mae Astolfi in 2012.

Roadfeldt teaches at Lafayette College, has a private studio in New York City and serves as master piano faculty with distinction at the Music School of Delaware.
