Food drive at area funeral homes through June 20

Lane Family Funeral Homes in Trumbull and Mahoning counties are sponsoring a food drive from Friday through June 20 to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley.

Nonperishable food items may be dropped off Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at these Lane locations:

• Mineral Ridge Chapel, 1350 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

• Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave.

• Boardman Chapel, 8387 Tod Ave.

• Canfield Chapel, 65 N. Broad St.

• Shafer-Winans Chapel, 164 N. High St., Cortland.

• Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Drive NE, Warren.

• Madasz Chapel, 6923 Warren-Sharon Road, Brookfield.

• Niles Chapel, 415 Robbins Ave.

Associates from the funeral homes will volunteer at Second Harvest on June 25 to assist in packing the food for distribution.
