ASSOCIATIONS

Guilford Lake Civic Association will have its first meeting of the year at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Guilford Ruritan Hall on Route 172. LIBRARY FRIENDS

Austintown Friends of the Library will meet at 10 a.m. April 28 at the library. Ralph Pfingsten, historian, will discuss the life and history of the Ravenna Arsenal.

LODGES

Croatian Fraternal Lodge 598 will meet at 12:45 p.m. Sunday in the community room at the post office building.

Girard Golden Eagles Lodge 642 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Amen Corner, Girard.

St. Rose Quilting Group will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the parish house.

Youngstown South Christian Women’s Connection will present a program titled “Marvelous May” from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. May 14 at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road, Canfield. The program will feature Just Cupcakes and More by Debbie, music by Rita Busin and “If the Shoe Fits” by speaker Leah Ball of Erie.
